This is the Japanese edition of "THE ART OF HITTING.300". This good book had been sold in japan too and it played a part in making George Brett femous in Japan especially among certain people who have keen interest in hitting mechanics. Additionally, the theory which is advocated by Charlie Low in this book is basically for "swinger-type".
